Hi boys and girls, it's Sollux again.
A while ago I threw up a post about some shit with battling and armbands, you know the one. Been mentioning a lot of shit about official rules and procedures for joining, what the fuck ever, and here they are.
~* RULES OF THE POKÉMON FIGHT CLUB *~
1. You do not talk about Pokémon Fight Club.
2. You do NOT talk about Pokémon Fight Club.
3. Everything outlined in this post (though not necessarily the comments under it) still applies.
4. As an optional thing, I've set up an email address you can contact if you want to be listed as an official 'member'. There are some nice benefits to this, including knowing what to do if someone tries to pull a fast one on you in a battle, so look below.
5. As an obvious extension of rule 4, don't try to pull anything, fucker. This should be a given especially considering how saccharine this place seems in general, but knowing some of the creeps who roam the seedier parts of the Johto-Kanto area... not so sure.
6. Don't wait for us to schedule your events for you. It's perfectly fine to throw up a message saying "Hey anyone want to have a PFC tournament in the Saffron Dojo this saturday?" or whatever. That's not to say we won't be doing it ourselves too, but don't be shy.
7. There are badges and armbands involved in this. You should be able to find them at some shops, but in case you can't, there's a pretty cheap website that sells those kinds of trinkets here: (blackthorntradingco.net). Alternatively, there are some people around who would be willing to do customs for you, maybe even free. Just ask around.
LIST OF IN-CITY BATTLING LOCATIONS.
Any battling ring approved by the Pokémon League -- the ones near your local Pokémon Center, for example.
In Kanto, Riku has offered up the facilities of his Training Center for use. Just ask him if you happen to run in with someone around Celadon.
PFC EMAIL.
There's an address I've created for this; it's (admin@pfc.pkgr). Now, there are a lot of uses for this email, so let's go through 'em slow.
1. membership. There is no mandatory sign-up for this, and there never will be any. However, in the event that we ever get any contests up and running here (most battles won with documentation or whatever), you will need to be signed up to participate in them, so if you like winning free stuff for being good at Pokémon, do it anyway.
1a. If you want to enter any contest involving a Pokémon battle, send us documentation. Have one of your Pokémon take a Gear video of the battle. If we can't confirm that this battle happened, it's not going to be counted.
2. questions or complaints. This is a weird fucking thing, I know, so all PFC questions can be redirected here. It's an email shared by several people, so you won't always get my darling responses. As mentioned above, this email can also be used to file complaints about anyone who's tried to abuse the system in any way, like pretending they have a lower-level team than they do or mugging you of your Pokémon or something. (Though in the latter case you might want to take it to the police first.) Give us all the information you have about them, including a tape of the battle, if you took one. Which you should have.
3. messages. Every so often, this thing may post to the PokéGear network with announcements or some other thing. Responses can come from admin or anyone else running this freakshow.
This post will also function as an FAQ of sorts, wherein questions we get via the email address will be put up as either rules or actual questions. These rules are subject to change at any time. Blah blah blah.
Thanks for your time.

[His shoulders heave, unintentional emphasis.]
That's the last thing I need right now.

I didn't - Sollux, why does that upset you? You know I care about you. That's why I worry about you.

[Sollux wraps his arms around him. He really doesn't want to be doing this right now.]
Yeah. I know.
Just... leave me be for a while, okay? I'm a stupid grub and I don't know what my minds are fucking doing, so just go before something nasty happens.
[That, and his kokoro is hurting in places he didn't even know it had. So there's that.]

The first time she's ever regretted spending her entire youth on games and archaeology. No idea how to fix this. ] ...If that's what you want. I'll talk to you later. Just...take care?
no subject
Yeah. You too.
[See, this is taking care. Getting her away from him is taking care. He's being a good, responsible adult about this, because pushing away everyone you know and love is what good, responsible adults do, right?]

[ She will just squeeze his shoulder before absconding. This is pretty much the most she's ever managed to screw anything up, and it is decidedly...not fun. Hopefully she'll figure out what to do later. ]
